Most of the prominent sweets and snacks manufacturing brands to small shops have increasingly been using innumerable preservatives, additives, chemicals, and artificial colors in their products to enhance the taste and aesthetics, increase the shelf life and of course the profits. Several researches over the past few years in Europe and USA have demonstrated that numerous preservatives, artificial colors, and oils that are used in the food preparation today have severe adverse effects on human health. We will delve into these on our blog later.

Alike millions of people, all the above have been very concerning to us. We decided to take the plunge and bring the old methods of making the sweets and snacks at home to the market.
