Cancellation & Refund Policy

Return Policy

Since our organic sweets & snacks are perishable items, we are unable to accept the returns. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please let us know the issue with the product. If we determine any issue with the shipped product, we will ask you to return the product to us and we would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as we receive the product back. Customer will be liable to arrange the return and pay for the return shipping.

Exchanges

If situation arises wherein genuine error is made by the User in identifying the required merchandise, the User may contact True Organics by email or phone and request change in the merchandise for which order is placed. However, such requests will not be entertained if the order has already been processed or the merchandise has been shipped to the User.

Cancellations

We ship out the orders promptly. There is a chance that the cancelation requests received within the first hour of placing the orders may be accepted for cancellations if the merchandise has not been shipped yet. Please reach out to us promptly.  

Orders that have been picked up by the delivery company can not be canceled.

Refunds

Since our organic sweets & snacks are perishable items, refunds are not accepted.
