We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our organic sweets and savouries, we will gladly provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Simply reach out to us via email or message, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return Policy

We make and ship fresh sweets and snacks everyday. Each and every package is prepared and inspected thoroughly before shipping them out. So, we expect your sweets and snacks to arrive in perfect condition. However, if for any reason if you are not satisfied by our product, please let us know the issue with the product. We may request you to share the photos of received product with us. We would be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

If situation arises wherein genuine error is made by the customer in identifying the required product, the customer may contact True Organics by email or phone and request change in the product for which order is placed. However, it won't be possible to accommodate such requests if the order has already been shipped to the customer.

Cancellations

Our team starts working on the received orders promptly. 

Cancelation requests received before the orders are shipped will be refunded in full amount.
