(hereinafter referred to as ‘True Organics’). The terms and conditions contained herein form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of the website www.mytrueorganics.com by the User. The User is advised to read this Agreement carefully. If the User is not agreeable to any of the terms and conditions, she/he should not use this service. User should use the Website services only if she/he is agreeable to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement in their entirety. Governing Law: All legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware, USA or Gurgaon, India, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA or India and the User agrees to resolve the disputes under the India's Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The venue for such arbitration shall be in Delaware, USA or Gurgaon, India.

“User” / “Customer” / “Buyer” shall mean the person or any legal entity that accepts the offer for sale on the Website by placing an order for and/or purchases any products offered for use or sale on Website.

Eligibility

User represents and warrants that she/he is competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement.
