Shipping policy

We offer free and fast standard shipping in the USA and India.

Orders are generally delivered within 1-3 days in most of the locations in the USA. India Delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, maximum 4-6 business days.)

Order are processed promptly and dispatched same day or the next subject to the availability of stock on the date of order.

Orders in the USA are generally shipped with USPS Priority mail. Orders in India are shipped with DTDC or other courier services whichever provides the fastest service in the given pincode area.  

Days or dates specified for delivery of order are estimates only. However, unforeseeable reasons or circumstances such as adverse weather conditions may affect the delivery times. Customers are expected to use correct and deliverable addresses. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer (e.g. wrong name, address or premises found closed) any extra cost incurred by True Organics for redelivery shall be paid by the customer.

The user shall check the ordered product at the time of delivery for physical damage or short shipment and inform within 24 hours. No claim on these accounts shall be entertained by True Organics thereafter.

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.’

For International Delivery time may be 3 to 15 or more business days depending on the country and the courier service chosen.
